True Freedom

True Freedom is an anger management program that reaches incarcerated youth in juvenile detention centers and group homes in the Los Angeles County area. Many young offenders are also the victims of abuse, neglect, or violent crime. Our certified anger management instructors help youth work the issues that lead to violence and aggression, and help them learn constructive ways to deal with anger and frustration.
